PUNE-based, deAzzle Services, a startup, and an application for one-stop solutions for booking local services and subscriptions in the city have acquired Outgo Payment Solutions, that specializes in making business cashless and paperless.
deAzzle is backed by Dr Anand Deshpande, founder, and MD, Persistent Systems Limited. Dr Anand Deshpande said, “With the acquisition of Outgo, we’ve extended and strengthened deAzzle’s solution in recurring billing payment collection. The digital push from e-commerce into local commerce is creating a void for digital solutions in billing, appointments and subscription management which we will fill.”
