VASCON Engineers Ltd and Manisha Construction, among the most trusted and renowned names in the realty space in Pune, have launched Phase II of their project – CITRON at Wagholi.
The bookings for this joint development management project between Vascon and Manisha Construction will open on January 18. Phase II of this project consists of 258 units spread over two towers offering best in class one & two BHK apartments with a usable area of 470 sq ft and 656 sq ft at an all-inclusive MRP of Rs 30.5 lakhs for 1BHK and Rs 42.30 lakhs for 2 BHK respectively. Spread over 5 acres, this residential project Citron was initially planned to be launched and delivered in three phases. Phase one has already been completed and delivered in 2017. Phase two launching on January 18, 2019, and Phase three will be launched later.
